The Role
We are seeking a creative and experienced Website Developer & Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will design and develop responsive WordPress websites for our clients by using Elementor Pro and perform marketing initiatives to enhance our brand's presence in the outdoor industry. This position offers the flexibility of remote work; however, attendance at our Stroud, Oklahoma office (218 W Main) is required every Monday or as requested for team meetings and training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Web Design:
- Design and develop responsive WordPress websites using Elementor Pro, focusing on the needs of our clients in the hunt, fish, shoot, ranch categories.
- Ensure websites are mobile-optimized, engaging, and have high conversion rates.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to assist you in content for the websites.
- Implement structured data and link-building strategies to enhance SEO performance.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services and client projects within the outdoor industry.
- Use tools such as Moz and to implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page strategies, to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Create and manage Google Ads.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and branding guidelines, ensuring alignment with their vision.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure cohesive integration of web design and marketing strategies.
- Participate in design discussions and brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas to enhance website aesthetics and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Proven experience as a WordPress Designer, with a portfolio showcasing visually appealing and functional websites.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Solid experience with page builders like Elementor Pro.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and their implementation in web design using Moz, Yoast, and Rank Math.
- Skilled in UX/UI principles to create intuitive and user-friendly website layouts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet project timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for team collaboration and client interactions.
- Passion for the outdoors and familiarity with the hunting and fishing industries is a plus.

Pay: $200.00 - $300.00 per day
