Job Summary

The Solutions Leader of Total Mammo Zonal Leader for Informatics is responsible for leading informatics for our growing organization by providing the strategic direction and leadership necessary to evolve products and services. In addition to leading this initiative, the solutions leader will also be responsible for selling our Informatics Portfolio of RIS and PACS and OS to customers within the South and East Zone.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Create the right Value proposition for the Smart Mammo Solution which is a bundled solution of the Radiology informatics Solution Breast AI.
Validating, testing and piloting the solution with customers
Identification of the Customer Segments, Defining the G2M Strategy
Driving Partnerships with OEM’s and Aggregators
Defining the product road map
Driving Product Activation plan with commercial and marketing teams
Identification of the Customers, Defining the G2M Strategy
Upselling / cross selling of our portfolio to our existing customers
Driving new contracts with customers specifically in the Outpatient space Teleradiology.
Creating a robust funnel for these solutions.
Driving Product Activation plan with commercial and marketing teams
Identification of channels to sell the portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in informatics and selling solutions in the healthcare industry (preferably Mammography).

Demonstrated ability to develop a health care informatics vision consistent with the organization’s mission. Ability to gain the commitment of colleagues and stakeholders to align around this vision to achieve both short and long-term goals.

Demonstrated experience in operational improvement, innovative product development, business modeling and execution strategies.

Effective at developing strategies for growth and developing positive stakeholder and sponsor relationships. Highly collaborative, cross-functional and systematic.

Exceptional strategic planning, management and project implementation skills with keen ability to develop strong consensus among diverse interest groups while delivering results on time and budget.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation on controversial subjects, and ability to write clear, concise and direct narrative and statistical reports.

Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner.

Physical Demands

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel (25-30% of time), drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.

Working Environment

Remote. This position requires domestic / international travel up to 25-30%.
