As Head of Brand Development, you will be responsible for managing the company's marketing, copywriting, and social media direction, as well as overseeing digital initiatives.
You will work closely with the owner to gain a deep understanding of the industry, including product development and packaging decisions. You will also play a key role in shaping the future of the brand by helping to choose new product lines, directing packaging and brand voice, and developing go-to-market launch strategies.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, creative vision, and the ability to execute a digital strategy that drives sales and builds long-term brand equity. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sponsored social media strategies across major platforms.
- Creating engaging content for the brand website, Amazon, Faire, Instagram, and other key channels.
- Planning and executing high-impact campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and Snapchat.
- Managing social media content scheduling, development, and monitoring.
