Summary
The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role by supporting the day-to-day corporate marketing projects outlined in the annual and quarterly marketing plans developed by the Senior Director of Marketing. As a new brand representing industry-leading, decades-old companies, Deep Sync is undergoing significant changes on its path to scale. Therefore, the ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial, whatever-it-takes-to-get-it-done mindset. Responsibilities : Market Intelligence
- continuously research our marketplace, competitors, and customers to understand customer needs and mindsets throughout the purchase cycle. Know our competitive advantages / disadvantages and how to leverage those to gain greater market share.Brand Management
- help ensure brand standards are maintained and best practices are exemplified.Sales Enablement
- assist with the development of various types of sales tools that support each phase of selling and retention, including email templates and sequences.Lead Generation
- develop and implement high-quality lead generation programs that leverage an integrated approach across multiple channels.Content Marketing
- update and expand our editorial content including email content, white papers, case studies, blog posts, trade articles, and newsletter articles. Write content that positions team members as industry experts and actively promote new content via social media and other channels.Social Media Management
- work closely with the Content Marketing Manager to maintain a consistent schedule of original and shared content on our social media platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. May also include paid advertising.Email Marketing
- coordinate the development of marketing emails and report on routine acquisition and loyalty email marketing programs.Reporting / Tracking
- measure and monitor the success of your marketing efforts with status updates and reports to key stakeholders.Cross-departmental Collaboration
- work with internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution of projects.Project Management
- Develop project timelines and update them accordingly throughout each project, ensuring all efforts adhere to schedules and deadlines.Process Improvement

Qualifications :
B.A. or B.S. degree in Marketing or related field2 years of related experienceStrong organizational skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsPassion for improving processes and leveraging technology to enable "working smarter, not harder"A roll-up-your-sleeves, can-do attitudeKnowledge of appropriate software including : Google Workspace suite, Asana project management software, and Adobe Acrobat, or aptitude to learnHubSpot CRM software experience or aptitude to learnDemonstrated professional and interpersonal management skillsAttention to detail and an absolute focus on quality of workAbout the Organization
