The Permian Business Development (BD) Field Sales Representative provides support for the Regional BD Manager and BD Account Managers through field-based customer service interactions. In addition, they assist the Business Development team achieve their objectives to ensure sales and service quality is being executed in the field level.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field experience preferred but not required.
Experience: 2 years in Sales, Customer Service, or related position.

Duties
Primary responsibilities
Accountable for consistent field representation for the Permian BD Team across all units.
Primary function will be F2F interactions with customer wellsite representatives, 3rd parties and DWS personnel providing continuous feedback to responsible account managers.
Administer customer surveys and ensure responses are submitted.
Maintain consistent customer touches through the CRM.
Updates and salesforce input from strategic partners and competitive landscape.
Assist account managers with information to enhance execution of regional sales plan.
Assist account managers with information to help ensure the schedule is up to date and information is accurate with assigned BD scheduler.
Utilize Operations team to gain additional knowledge and technical understanding
Customer Service (Solution Driven)
Location visits promoting customer service.
Network with customers, 3rd party’s, prospects.
Administer customer service surveys
Manage small accounts in preparation for progressive role into account manager.
Utilize Salesforce to record all touches with customers (Phone, Email, Face2Face)
Takes customers calls, responds promptly to issues, ensure responsible account managers are aware of any issues and work directly with them to resolve.
Assist account managers with 30 day no touch prospects/customers to ensure DWS is kept front and center.
New Customer MSA’s and Targets as assigned.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
