The Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Crewing Logistics Team (CLT) with day-to-day operations for all DWS personnel. Tasks will include travel accommodations, individual reimbursements (per diem and expenses) and general administrative duties.
Skills & Abilities
Education: High School Diploma or GED. Post-secondary Degree in Management or related field preferred, but not required.
Experience: 2 years in an administrative role.
Other Requirements: Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Work Schedule: Typically Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. One WFH flex day per week, rotating Friday WFH. Due to the nature of the industry, after hours evening/weekend calls and requests are required as needed.

Duties

Assist CLT with lodging arrangements and managing associated costs.
Maintain relationships with travel agencies and vendors.
Facilitate weekly reimbursements and assisting with per diem disbursement.
Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures/policies.
Other tasks as assigned by CLT.
