The Payroll Specialist is responsible for a variety of payroll related tasks as well as other tasks as assigned by management.

Education : Bachelor of Science in Accounting preferred
Experience : 1 years of payroll processing experience
Other Requirements : Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Position Details
FLSA Status : Non-Exempt
Wage : $28.00-$30.00 per hour
Job Status : Full-time
Amount of Travel Required : 0%
Reports to : Director of Finance
Direct Reports : None
Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. Some hybrid work flex allowed based on business need.

Duties
Accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll for entire company and subsidiaries.
Management of legal garnishments.
Complete employee status changes related to payroll / job changes as required in a timely manner in the payroll and field ticketing systems.
Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information; issue and record adjustments to pay related to pervious errors or retroactive increases.
Process post-payroll report to management.
Calculation and submission of supervisor and field performance bonus.
Assist with AP processing as time allows.
Other projects as assigned by management.
