The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for assisting in the daily administration and continued evolution of our Salesforce CRM/ERP platform. As a member of the Engineering and Analytics team this dynamic role will leverage Salesforce to drive maximum value for DWS employees, customers, and key stakeholders.
Skills & Abilities
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field experience.
Experience:
3 years’ experience administering or use of Salesforce Field Service
Experience With Flows Preferred
Experience using Dataloader preferred
Project Management Experience Preferred
Experience with App Manager preferred
Experience With Permission Sets/groups And Sharing Settings Preferred
Ability to update Apex Code and/or lightning web components a plus
Experience with other data visualization tools a plus (ex. Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills
Salesforce Training & Certification Preferences
Salesforce Administrator certification preferred. Pending experience, candidates willing to, or currently in pursuit of Admin Cert. will also be considered.
Experience or familiarity with other Business Systems such as Excel, Word, etc.
Other Requirements: Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Duties
Salesforce CRM/ERP System Administration
Assist with Administration of DWS Salesforce CRM/ERP platform, reporting to Salesforce Manager.
Monitor day to day organizational use of Salesforce CRM/ERP and ensure alignment, accountability, and compliance with key processes
Provide system training and insight to DWS employees and assist in developing standardized tools and resources as required.
Leverage data/analytics housed within system to generate actionable reports, dashboards, and summaries to improve business intelligence and support informed decision making.
Assist with implementing Salesforce system enhancements, development projects, and rollouts/deployments. Work with internal departments and key external partners as directed/required to execute.
Notable Responsibilities
Assist Salesforce team and department heads in supporting approx. 250 internal Salesforce users, including providing ongoing training.
Aid in the onboarding and training of new and existing Salesforce users.
Develop an understanding of key DWS business processes integrated within the Salesforce platform and the architecture which supports their functionality and execution.
Document system configurations and administrative processes.
Maintain an active list of license agreements/requirements and proper assignment user profiles and permission sets in accordance with business needs.
Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices and effectively communicate them back to management and key users.
Participate in Salesforce development projects and assigned project tasks including but not limited to data migration/translation/cleansing, requirements gathering, scheduling, user acceptance and testing, training, etc.
Collaborate with key business groups on assigned projects and provide relevant feedback to Salesforce / OE Team.
Assist key users and departments with data needs (mgmt., entry, etc.)
Assist with customization of department and user specific UI/UX (web and mobile)
Business Process Improvement
Assist driving a culture of operational excellence at Deep Well Services to create maximum value for customers, employees, and key stakeholders.
Encourage an environment of continual improvement and strengthen cross functional relationships through collaboration, teamwork, and transparency.
Communicate observations and recommended solutions to eliminate “non-value add” from business systems and processes.
Training
Develop and maintain training materials specific to DWS Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with multiple departments (Management, operations, safety, dispatch, etc.) for Salesforce training/implementation
Provide staff training and development for new system/process improvements.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
