Intensive In-Home Counselor

Deeper Meaning Counseling (DMC) is committed to providing comprehensive Intensive In-Home and community-based services to youth and their families. We are seeking passionate and dedicated clinicians eager to enhance their professional skills while delivering high-quality therapeutic services. As an Intensive In-Community (IIC) provider, you will play a critical role in promoting mental and behavioral health within the homes and communities of the individuals and families we serve.

We are currently hiring In-home Therapists to work in Essex and Union Counties.

Position Highlights:

· $250 Sign-On Bonus and an additional $250 Retention Bonus after 3 months of employment.

· Free Clinical supervision provided for clinicians working 10 hours or more per week.

· Training on writing progress notes, navigating the Cyber PerformCare system, and conducting assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build therapeutic rapport with youth and families.

· Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and deliver authorized therapeutic services in home or community settings.

· Collaborate with case managers and service providers to develop and implement therapeutic interventions.

· Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with Care Management Organizations (CMOs) and families.

· Complete and submit weekly progress notes in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

· Must hold an active LSW, LCSW, LAC, or LPC licensure in the State of New Jersey.

· Successful completion of a criminal background check.

· Must be willing to travel to clients' homes and/or community settings.

Compensation:

· LSW and LAC Clinicians: Starting at $60 per hour

· LCSW and LPC Clinicians: Starting at $85 per hour
