Job Overview
The Disclosure Specialist reviews and sends all applicable disclosures and redisclosures needed throughout the loan process, apart from Closing Disclosures. In addition, Disclosure Specialists are responsible for adhering to regulatory compliance requirements and for disclosure accuracy. The ideal candidate must reside in Charlotte, NC to work full time in office in the Ballantyne area.
What You'll Do
- Review loan applications
- Ensure loan submission is compliant with regulatory requirements
- Communicate any issues or needs to applicable parties, including Account executives and Account Managers
- Send all initial disclosures and redisclosures as required by the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) rules
- Ensure customer satisfaction at highest possible level
- Manage pipeline to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
- Opportunity for increasing responsibilities and advancement
