Commercial Leader Enterprise Imaging – North America

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Leader for our Enterprise Imaging Business for North America to drive our business strategies and enhance our market presence in the field of healthcare informatics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in informatics and a proven track record in commercial execution, business development, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the business growth across all Enterprise Imaging Product portfolio for the North America market.
Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion in the informatics business.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and partners in the informatics ecosystem.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development and go-to-market strategies with customer needs and market trends.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and assess competitive landscape, ensuring informed decision-making.
Lead negotiation processes for contracts and partnerships, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning and adapt to evolving market demands.
Drive marketing efforts to promote informatics solutions, ensuring brand consistency and a strong value proposition.
Prepare and present analytical reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights for strategic planning.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree in healthcare informatics, business, or a related area is preferred.
15 years of experience in commercial roles within the healthcare or informatics sector.
Strong understanding of healthcare data ecosystems, analytics, and informatics solutions.
Proven track record of successful business development and revenue generation.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
