- Seamless Implementations : Install and configure DeepHealth's software for medical imaging, ensuring smooth integration with their existing IT infrastructure.
- Dedicated Customer Support : Become a trusted resource for DeepHealth's customers, troubleshooting technical issues and providing expert guidance.
- Building a Strong Foundation : Support our R&D engineers by maintaining the continuous integration environment, ensuring efficient software development.
- Process Improvement Champion : Collaborate with the rest of the Delivery and Implementation team to refine internal workflows and enhance the customer experience.
- Solid knowledge of Linux, Networking, and Security.
- Linux shell and shell scripting, Linux tool chain installation, upgrade and maintenance.
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills.
- Self-starting : ability to manage own time and priorities.
- Pro-active : eager to resolve issues and propose and implement improvements
- Attention to detail; working with high levels of accuracy

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2 years of experience in infrastructure administration or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Solid understanding of system administration, including Linux and Windows servers.
Familiarity with storage management solutions and best practices.
Experience in backup and recovery planning and execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Professional, CKA) are a plus.

Also, must be able to lift up to 90 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel (~50% of time), drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.
Working Environment
The position is remote. The employee will be expected to travel to data centers, conferences, workshops, etc. This position requires domestic / international travel up to 50%.
