What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Engineer position at DeepHealth?
This role will focus on the support of imaging production AI infrastructure which may involve some tooling and scripting for automation. This is a highly flexible role with broad exposure to systems and processes working with a close-knit team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, perform, and maintain customer installations of our advanced AI medical imaging software, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure.
- Gather customer requirements and installation environment details for smooth, efficient deployments.
- Provide expert technical support to customers and partners, troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Delivery and Implementation team's workflows, aiming to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience
- Be adaptable and available to support customers outside of regular working hours (on-call rotation may be required).
