Principal Machine Learning Scientist (Large Language Models)
Location: Hybrid in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA
DeepRec.ai seeks a dedicated Principal level Machine Learning Scientist specializing in Large Language Models, to join our client's innovative team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This team are on a mission to transform mental health and well-being with AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop ML tools modeling psychological phenomena.
- Run experiments on LLM-based multi-agent systems.
- Use real-world data to fine-tune agent behavior.
- Build an efficient data pipeline for product scalability.
- Test techniques to enhance platform performance.
- Collaborate with the team to improve KPIs and integrate the platform.
- Present findings to diverse teams.
Qualifications:
- PhD in ML, computer science, or related field.
- Strong publications in deep learning and LLMs.
- 3 years of industry experience.
- Proficient in Python and ML libraries.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication.
- Leadership experience preferred.
Preferred: Background in cognitive psychology.
