Willow Epic Systems Analyst

Certified Epic Willow IP Analyst (Hybrid)

Responsible for:

Mostly Remote, but may be required to come onsite on occasion

• Role will support “Steady State Defines” documents; build and maintain EHR application content. (essential)
• Create functional specification documents to create content within the EHR application and is primarily responsible for validating this content with the business owner. (essential)
• Independently manage assigned projects and meets deadlines consistently.
• Is an application expert and serve as a resource for all team members as well as other application team in identifying issues and resolution paths.
• Is able to effectively manage and navigate cross team collaboration across all IS teams when appropriate.
• Achieve and maintain required certifications of respective EHR application and stay current with new application functionality and enhancements. (essential)
• Act as a liaison between IT, customers and/or vendors.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings including all relevant documentation with all operational areas using the software application.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including analysis, design, programming, standard procedures and user guides.
• Perform all other duties as needed or directed to meet the needs of the department and/or customer.
• Provide on call after hours support as required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams and all levels of leadership across all entities up to and including C Level interactions.

Background:

Must have at least 3 years of experience.

Certified Epic Willow IP Analyst

• Ability to independently lead projects adhering to defined project management strategies and guidelines.
