The Role:
We are hiring a Regional Sales Executive to build and own our sales territory across Montrose, Gunnison, Crested Butte, and the greater Uncompahgre Plateau region—one of Colorado’s true hunting, fishing, and outdoor meccas.

This is not a city desk job. You’ll be spending your time meeting ranch brokers, mule deer outfitters, elk hunting guides, fly-fishing lodges, private ranch owners, and rural businesses—the people who drive the outdoor economy in Southwest Colorado.

You’ll represent Deer Camp Digital, a brand that truly understands the outdoor industry and is already producing wins for clients across the West.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and own a sales pipeline focused on Montrose, Gunnison, Crested Butte, and the Uncompahgre Plateau region
• Build relationships with ranch real estate brokers, hunting outfitters, fly shops, elk ranches, sporting lodges, feed stores, and landowners.
• Sell Deer Camp Digital’s proven marketing solutions—custom websites, social media, content, and lead generation tailored to the outdoor industry.
• Spend time in the field and at events—attend trade shows, join local chambers, grab coffee at the fly shop, and get known as the digital marketing partner for outdoor businesses in Southwest Colorado.
• Collaborate directly with the founders and sales leadership as we scale across the U.S.

Who You Are:

• Located in or deeply familiar with Montrose, Gunnison, Crested Butte, or the Uncompahgre Plateau region. You know the backroads and the people who make a living off the land.
• Proven sales experience—ideally in digital marketing, advertising, outdoor brands, ranch real estate, or land services.
• Self-driven and entrepreneurial—you thrive in a startup environment, love building something new, and can handle your business.
• Passionate about the outdoors—whether you chase elk, sling flies on the Animas, or spend your weekends on the ranch, you speak the language of our clients.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $36,000 annually (paid bi-weekly) as you build your book of business (0-7 paying clients).
• Revenue Share Model: Once you hit a defined monthly sales threshold (~10 clients), you’ll transition to a revenue share plan.
• Year 2 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000 - $75,000 annually, with significant upside potential as you grow your territory.
