We are looking for a friendly and efficient Host/Busser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a Host/Busser, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a great dining experience from the moment they arrive.
Duties
- Greet: Welcome guests warmly and manage seating arrangements.
- Organize: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring tables are set promptly.
- Assist: Help servers by clearing tables, resetting for the next guests, and running food.
- Engage: Interact with customers, providing assistance and answering questions as needed.
- Monitor: Keep track of guest waiting lists and manage reservations.
- Support: Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Handle: Manage guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
