High School Math Teacher

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Plan and teach High School Math Classes

·        Maintain accurate records of student progress

·        Work cooperatively with colleagues.

·        Evaluate student progress and communicate this progress with parents

·        Administer and develop assessments for the purpose of assessing student competency levels

·        Establish and maintain standards of student behavior

·        Supervision responsibilities as assigned 

·        Participate in faculty committees and sponsorship of student activities

·        Analyze data to determine curriculum decisions and path

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Math Education
• Valid PEL with HS endorsement in Secondary Math Education
• Preferred experience in teaching Secondary Math
• Strong organizational and communication skills
