2nd Shift Custodian Full Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings throughout the building. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all occupants and visitors.

Duties

This position works 2:00pm-10:30pm

Summer, Winter Break and Spring Break - work day shift hours

• Daily cleaning and maintaining the building
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and garbage removal
• Periodic snow removal
• Help with game night set up and take down
• Nightly door checks

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial or cleaning roles, with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and facility occupants.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the district may find appropriate and acceptable.

Qualifications & Education Requirement

• High School Diploma
• Certification of good health signed by a license physician
• Starting salary based on experience

Pay: $15.25 - $25.45 per hour
