Nurse Responsibilities: As a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Deer Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including:
• Administering medications as ordered by physicians
• Providing wound care and dressing changes
• Assisting with daily activities, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have:
• A current RN license in good standing
• Completion of a training and competency evaluation program
• Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment
• Mandatory drug test upon hire
• Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check
