Key Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide evidence-based psychological services to patients in Long-Term Care facilities. Your duties will include:
- Screening, assessment, and treatment planning
- Managing psychotherapy intakes and treatment plans
- Collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Providing individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and behavioral management services
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
