The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair, including experience working with car panels, quarter panels, and frame straightening. This position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed and provide accurate estimates.
- Perform bodywork on vehicle panels, including quarter panels, hoods, doors, and other body parts.
- Straighten vehicle frames using specialized equipment and techniques to restore structural integrity.
- Replace or repair damaged components, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Use welding, grinding, and cutting tools to perform necessary repairs.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and filling as needed.
- Collaborate with painters to ensure that color matches and finishes meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with management and customers regarding repair processes and timelines.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to improve repair techniques and customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an automotive repair program is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Auto Body/Frame Technician or similar role.

- Familiarity with automotive repair tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
