POSITION: Head Football Coach – Deer Trail High School
SALARY RANGE: Compensation dependent on coaching experience

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
- Certified/Licensed Teacher preferred, consideration
- Experience in coaching High School Football preferred; Head Coach or Assistant Coaching Experience
- Personal experience playing the sport to be coached is desirable
- Certificate(s), licenses(s) or other legal credentials) required by CHSAA
- Safety training in the sport (can be completed once hired)
- Successful experience in record keeping and inventory procedures
- Strong interpersonal communications skills
- Positive, human relations and communication skills with impressionable student athletes
- Philosophy which encourages positive student character, individual growth and teamwork
- Models sportsmanlike behavior at all times
CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATION: Position Open Until Filled.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Assignment starting for this position is negotiable, willing to combine teaching position with coaching
- All contracts/agreements for employment of personnel shall be subject to the approval of BOE.
- Direct deposit of payroll is a condition of employment.
