POSITION : High School Science Teacher - Deer Trail School District 26J
SALARY RANGE : Licensed Staff Salary Schedule Plus School District Comprehensive Benefits Package. Salary Range starting at $46,000 for first year teacher. School Day : Four (4) Day School Week. (150 days).

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION :
- Minimum B.A. / B. S. in Education with Secondary Science Endorsement with math endorsement / emphasis desired
- Hold or be able to obtain Colorado Teachers' Certificate / License in Secondary Mathematics & Science
- Demonstrated : Content knowledge of math, Math Colorado standards and assessments
- Desire to facilitate data driven instruction.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure student academic success / experience in middle / high school math.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and communicate with secondary students, colleagues and community
- Computer and Technology skills preferred.
- Able to work as a team member / experience with secondary math students desirable.
- Experience working with diverse populations. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Coaching available.
