PURPOSE OF POSITION: Assist the building maintenance department with projects including painting, pluming, remodels, and other duties as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with repairs and upkeep of buildings and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance procedures
- Work on construction projects
- Be willing to perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have at least basic level maintenance skills and tool knowledge
- Must work well with others and function as a team member
- Willing to learn new skills and perform tasks in a timely and safe manner
- Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license
- Must be physically able to perform maintenance duties and tasks
- Able to work on ladders and scaffolding safely and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Lifting and carrying 50 lbs.
