PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Empire Pass Common Area Cleaner is directly responsible for the cleanliness of all public spaces at Empire Pass.

PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Empire Pass Common Area Cleaner is directly responsible for the cleanliness of all public spaces at Empire Pass.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, owner's lounges, public restrooms, exercise rooms, garages, building exterior spaces, decks, and patios
- Pick up garbage and empty trash cans regularly
- Sweep and mop the floors, dust, vacuum, and pull weeds
- Keep common area supply closets clean, organized, and stocked with appropriate supplies and chemicals
- Assist the housekeeping staff as needed
- Answer guest questions related to the properties and resort
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to multitask and prioritize workload
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Fluent in English preferred
- Able to work weekends and holidays
DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Flex Year Round - may have periods of layoff or reduced hours
PAY RATE:
- Pay: $20.00 per hour
