Job Description
- Welcome and greet customers as they enter the branch lobby, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Search for opportunities to promote products and services that benefit our customers' economic well-being.
- Handle all account servicing requests from customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Follow cash-handling procedures to receive deposits, verify endorsements, and issue receipts.
- Count, verify, and package currency to balance the drawer.
- Responsible for imaging transactions to post to customers' accounts.
- Daily banking duties include record retention, cash management, inventory, daily reconciliations, and office security.
- High school diploma or GED and two years of related experience in teller, customer service, and cash handling.
- Strong organizational, accuracy, and detail orientation skills required.
