Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and promoting products and services that enhance the economic well-being of our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically greet customers and provide exceptional service, anticipating and addressing their needs.
- Search for opportunities to promote products and services that benefit our members.
- Handle all account servicing requests, including deposits, withdrawals, and check endorsements.
- Follow cash-handling procedures, receive deposits, verify checks, and issue receipts.
- Count, verify, and package currency to balance the drawer.
- Responsible for imaging all transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support the team in achieving common goals.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED and two years of related experience in teller, customer service, and cash handling.
