We have opportunities for RNs and LPNs on multiple shifts with competitive pay and an $8,500 sign-on bonus opportunity for full-time and $4,500 sign-on for part-time. To support work/life satisfaction, our nurses share scheduling and work every other weekend and every other holiday.
With a low patient/nurse ratio, you’ll have an opportunity do your work in a high-quality environment, including:
- Administer medications and assist with wound care
- Assist with obtaining and processing orders
- Assessments
- Check vital signs
- Coordinate and collaborate alongside an interdisciplinary clinical team to implement and assess a comprehensive plan of care
- Provide encouragement, emotional support, and communication for residents and their loved ones
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to your team
- Assist with resident care needs
- Provide appropriate documentation
