To support work/life satisfaction, our nurses share scheduling and work every other weekend and every other holiday.
With a low patient/nurse ratio, you’ll have an opportunity do your work in a high-quality environment, including:
Administer medications and assist with wound care
Assist with obtaining and processing orders
Assessments
Check vital signs
Coordinate and collaborate alongside an interdisciplinary clinical team to implement and assess a comprehensive plan of care
Provide encouragement, emotional support, and communication for residents and their loved ones
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to your team
Assist with resident care needs
Provide appropriate documentation
