We have opportunities for RNs and LPNs with the following shifts :
2nd shift - full time every other weekend
With a l ow patient / nurse ratio, youll have an opportunity do your work in a high-quality environment, including :
- Administer medications and assist with wound care
- Assist with obtaining and processing orders
- Assessments
- Check vital signs
- Coordinate and collaborate alongside an interdisciplinary clinical team to implement and assess a comprehensive plan of care
- Provide encouragement, emotional support, and communication for residents and their loved ones
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to your team
- Assist with resident care needs
- Provide appropriate documentation
