Position Summary
The Media Supervisor is focused on driving positive outcomes for clients while mentoring their team towards strategic growth and executional excellence and serves as the filter of critical information and supervisor of all details, empowering the team for excellence in media planning, activation, and impact.
This role is responsible for leading the development of media plans that strategically allocate budgets across various channels to meet client goals and assists with analyzing the markets and summarizing customer behavior to select effective channels, both traditional and digital. The supervisor is accountable for preparing the plan for internal approvals and gathering feedback from leadership and assessing details of performance to refine and optimize plans to adapt to market changes.

Technical Expertise

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent years of experience required
- 5 years advertising experience required
- Media experience preferred required
- 3 years online media experience preferred
- 2 years management experience preferred
- Pharma Industry experience a plus
