We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Express Tech to join our team. As an Express Tech, you will be responsible for providing efficient and quality automotive repair and maintenance services to our customers. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, while delivering exceptional service in a timely manner.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine automotive services such as oil changes, tire rotations, air filter replacements, brake inspections, and other express maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform necessary repairs under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical problems, and efficiently resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues or areas of concerns.
• Communicate with customers to explain diagnoses, repair options, and cost estimates in a clear and professional manner.
• Maintain detailed records of all services performed on customer vehicles, including parts used, labor hours, and any additional notes or recommendations.
• Follow established safety protocols and adhere to industry standards to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Keep up to date with the latest advancements in automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
• Collaborate with other team members, including service advisors, associates, and technicians, to ensure efficient workflow and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
