Avance Care is seeking an experienced Vendor Relationship Manager to lead and oversee vendor and service provider relationships across our organization. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless purchasing process that meets our operational needs while optimizing cost, quality, and service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, experience negotiating vendor contracts, and a strategic mindset to support the long-term goals of the organization.
Selected Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple vendor relationships, including medical services and supplies, office supplies, non-clinical support, and third-party providers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure favorable terms aligned with business needs.
- Source new vendors, define expectations, and oversee implementation of services.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and hold vendors accountable.
- Collaborate with purchasing managers to troubleshoot issues and manage special orders.
- Provide monthly reports on purchasing patterns and spend analysis using data analytics tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and manage user access to third-party vendor platforms.
- Communicate recommendations and decision-making insights to leadership.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to align vendor strategies with departmental goals.
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of healthcare supply chain or financial analysis experience required.
Other Priorities:
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data analysis and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and improving processes.
- Capability to foster partnerships and work collaboratively across teams in a professional manner.
