The Golf Pro Shop Attendant assists guests in reserving tee-times via the phone and in person while also receiving payment for green / cart fees, services and pro shop merchandise. This role is a fun fast paced position where no one day is the same and building long-lasting relationships with co-workers and guests are common. Applicants with charisma and a great smile with a talent for multi-tasking while using a computer and a phone should apply.
We are looking for:
Part Time (Seasonal) Golf Pro Shop Attendants who can work anywhere from 18-38 hours per week hours in a spring, summer or fall seasonal role.
Pay rate: $16 -$17.50

Essential Functions Include:
- Enter all transactions into POS system, collect payment, issue correct change, and receipt for all fees, services or concession sales.
- Book and confirm tee-times via software. Create and complete new customer profiles as needed with full name, phone number, zip code and valid email at a minimum.
- Delivery exceptional customer service in person and via the phone.
- Process season passes and with accuracy related to households.
- Inform incoming guests of daily course rules and conditions.
- Responsible for balancing cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Work as a team with all facility staff.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evening and weekend hours and holidays.
- Complete and submit all required checklists
