Maintenance Worker
Experienced Maintenance Technician for multiple Mobile Home properties in the Nash, Texarkana, Wake Village area.
Must have knowledge and experience in:
- Basic Mobile Home Repairs
- Sheet Rock
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Painting
- Landscaping
- Outside work
Qualities required: DEALBREAKER - MUST HAVE
- YOUR OWN Transportation and YOUR OWN tools
- Responsibility
- Honesty
- Good Time Management Skills
Day shift hours with an occasional evening if finishing a job.
Must be "On Call" one weekend per month.

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
