Deertrak Golf Club and Goattrak are premier destinations for golf, entertainment, and dining in Wisconsin.
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager / cook to oversee dining operations at Goattrak while helping to connect both facilities through food, beverage, and guest experience. This role will also involve assisting with golf-related bookings, tee sheet coordination, and event planning, ensuring a seamless experience between both venues.
Job Responsibilities:
Food & Beverage Operations
- Prepare high-quality dishes and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards.
- Assist in menu development and execution, including seasonal specials.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency during peak service hours.
- Control food costs, manage inventory, and handle vendor orders.
Guest Experience & Event Coordination
- Work closely with golf and simulator guests to enhance their food & beverage experience.
- Support event planning for both facilities, including golf outings, leagues, and private bookings.
- Ensure smooth coordination between dining services and tee times, simulator reservations, and large-group bookings.
Golf & Tee Sheet Coordination
- Assist with tee sheet and booking management to support golf operations.
- Help facilitate food & beverage service for golf events, tournaments, and private parties.
- Work alongside the golf team to ensure seamless transitions between play, dining, and entertainment.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Cook, Food & Beverage Manager, or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and cost control.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team efficiently.
- Comfortable with event coordination, guest service, and working with golf reservations/tee sheets.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak service hours.
