Duties
- Coordinate Maintenance Requests: Act as the first point of contact for tenants and staff, efficiently logging and assigning maintenance requests.
- Schedule Technicians: Dispatch Maintenance Technicians, ensuring timely resolution of requests and work orders.
- Monitor Progress: Track and update the status of maintenance tasks, ensuring all jobs are completed to company standards.

- Optimize Resources: Strategically plan schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity for maintenance personnel.
