Customer Service Associate

Job Overview
We are a local private practice with branches in OBGYN, Aesthetics, and Fertility. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist patients by checking them in, answering questions, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer satisfaction and possess strong communication skills, and passionate about women's health care.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a professional manner.
• Check in patients and collect insurance card.
• Answer basic questions regarding services offered.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy, aiming for resolution that satisfies both the customer and the company.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for accurate transaction processing.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
