Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development
- Identify and target potential commercial clients, including property managers, business owners, and contractors.
- Conduct sales presentations, on-site visits, and product demonstrations to showcase company offerings.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide customized solutions tailored to clients' specific needs and project requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, project updates, and post-sales support.
- Market Research and Strategy
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify promotional campaigns and outreach opportunities.
- Provide input on pricing strategies, product offerings, and service improvements.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue metrics.
- Prepare and submit detailed proposals, contracts, and other required documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records in the company’s CRM system.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of commercial sales cycles and client acquisition strategies.
