Deese Elite Concrete Coatings is looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual to serve as our Director of First Impressions. This role is critical in ensuring that every customer’s first interaction with us is positive and professional. The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Set quality lead appointments for multiple Design Consultants across different regions (Capital City, Wiregrass, Emerald Coast, and Baldwin County)
- Manage and respond to social media messages, comments, and reviews (Facebook, Instagram, Google)
- Check and follow up on leads in CRM system
- Respond to customer SMS texts or direct them to the appropriate department
- Listen to voicemails and take appropriate follow-up action
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and suppliers
- Monitor and respond to emails in the general company inbox
- Check the company mailbox daily
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of our service areas (Capital City, Wiregrass, Emerald Coast, and Baldwin County)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
