Our training will have the right candidate selling concrete coatings in a matter of weeks throughout Destin, Crestview, Pensacola and surrounding areas. We are a startup business with a proven track record of growth the past 5 years. The Penntek product we install has been on the market for over 10 years and is the leading concrete coating system. This is a local, family business that emphasizes culture, integrity, and top-notch customer service.
Because of all this growth, we need someone who understands the true definition of client success and is goal driven.

THE ROLE
You will be:
- Meeting directly with our customers, building a relationship and providing them with a bid and then closing the deal.
- Creating a prospecting plan with the Sales Manager.
- Tracking, monitoring, and following up on all open deals and managing an active pipeline.
- Daily reporting on sales activity by recording your notes, results, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Ensuring a great hand-off to the installation crew performing the work.

COMPENSATION
Role is strictly commission based.
- No cap on compensation
- Commission on all sales made (higher % for self-generated leads)
