We're Looking for an Otolaryngology Clinic Manager Who Can “Hear” What Needs to Be Done!

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the team: Manage and develop our clinical and administrative staff, ensuring training, performance reviews, and continuous professional development
- Managing schedules: Handle staffing schedules, PTO/OT requests, and ensure leave is balanced to maintain smooth operations
- Ensuring compliance: Enforce OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone
- Overseeing patient care: Coordinate provider schedules, handle patient inquiries, and ensure a smooth patient experience throughout their visit
- Optimizing efficiency: Troubleshoot workflows and assist with clinical and administrative duties as needed to keep the clinic operating at its best
What we need from you:
- Experience: At least 5 years of clinical experience, with 2 or more years in a manager role. Experience in Otolaryngology is a plus!
- A positive attitude: You’ll need high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Education: High School Diploma required. A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred, but we take relevant experience into consideration if you don’t have one!
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to keep everyone in sync
- ModMed experience: Familiarity with Modernizing Medicine (ModMed) is preferred, but not required.
- Credentialing knowledge: Familiarity with credentialing is a plus!
