The ideal candidate has a strong ability to problem solve while constantly striving to improve the operating standards and procedures of the department. Focusing on staff training, development, and interdepartmental communication is a high priority.
A general knowledge of plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical, power generation, waste treatment as well as general maintenance procedures along with the ability to administer an efficient and effective preventive maintenance program.
The successful candidate will also possess a strong leadership, attention to detail, and communication skills, and have the proven ability to collaborate amongst a diverse group of individuals.
Previous luxury hotel or resort management experience is preferred.
