Job Summary

Grande in Fond du Lac, WI is searching for a strategic and collaborative candidate for our available Enterprise Project Manager role.   In this role you will lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver business value and achieve project objectives. This role requires demonstrated expertise in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and thrives in a collaborative environment where effective communication, personal initiative, and a solution-driven mindset are essential. As the Enterprise Project Manager you will be responsible for delegating work effectively while being able to communicate project progress across all levels of the organization.  Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous. 

What you need to be considered for the role:

• Minimum 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Operations, Engineering, Business or other related field required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of work experience in a project management related role required.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-functional projects.
• Skilled in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and other Project Management tools.)
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams within formalized methodology.
• Process-driven with an understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Business-minded and result orientation.
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize activities.
• Self-starter who can operate efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Able to succeed in a highly matrixed environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Able to support decisions through effective interpersonal skills, influencing without direct authority.
• Able to navigate conflict and seek guidance where required.
• Able to provide guidance to functional teams and other project team members.
• Skilled at time-management and active listening. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.

Preferred:

• Manufacturing project management experience preferred.
• Dairy / food industry experience preferred.
• Project Management Institute (PMI) certification and active participation in the renewal process preferred.
