Job Summary:
Burrow Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) experience to lead and manage complex projects in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and a degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Process/Chemical) and will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage EPC projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Oversee all phases of project execution, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Provide leadership and technical expertise to multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring seamless coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, risk management plans, and cost control measures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
- Drive project safety and compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- Monitor project performance, track key performance indicators, and report on progress to senior management.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and project delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Process/Chemical preferred).
- 10 years of experience in project management within an EPC environment.
- Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes in the industrial sector.
- Proven experience leading large-scale capital projects with budgets exceeding $10M .
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost control principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience working with refineries, petrochemical, chemical, or heavy industrial projects is highly desirable.
