Job Summary
Join our team as a Manager II, Maintenance, where you'll lead maintenance operations and drive improvement projects to enhance our Juda facility's performance and efficiency. In this key role, you'll manage the annual maintenance budget, contribute to capital planning, and implement cost-effective solutions that support our operational goals. What you need to be considered for the role:
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in a related technical field required. An equivalent level of experience may be considered.
- Minimum of eight (8) years’ maintenance experience, preferably with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a food manufacturing/processing plant combined with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in project and supervisory management.
- General knowledge and experience working with facility and process design.
- Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations, building, electrical, plumbing, civil and mechanical codes and standards.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Hands-on knowledge and ability to troubleshoot systems and controls, diagnose problems and recommend improvements for not only day to day issues, but also long term continuous improvement initiatives.
- The ability to provide direction and coaching and build trust.
- Ability to delegate tasks and decisions sharing responsibility and accountability.
- Strong conflict management skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong customer focus (internal and external).
Preferred:
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) certificate preferred.
- Lock Out/Tag Out certification.
- Proficient knowledge of all phases of dairy plant buildings and equipment and related construction and project costs.
