Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our insurance products and services.
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Assist clients with policy renewals and updates, ensuring their coverage remains relevant.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and policy details in our database.
Requirements
  • Valid insurance license for the state of operation.
  • Proven experience as an insurance agent or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, including life, health, and auto insurance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a simple manner.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
