Job Summary
An outward focused position for the purpose of developing and expanding church partners throughout
Minnesota that will result in opportunities to advance the ministry of Minnesota Adult and Teen
Challenge.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty
satisfactorily. The essential functions include the following:
Fully manage the MPLS choir calendar including booking process, weekly itineraries and liaising
Church Relations with staff, clients and external partners
Provide all necessary information and resources to our local church partners
Function within CRM (Raisers Edge) to track, run reports and update all church information
Work closely with the MPLS Choir Director on weekly tasks, the client appointment database
and accomplishing choir related tasks/needs
Assist Strategic Partnerships Director in networking with new and existing church partners and
nonprofit partners
Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships Director to oversee the statewide standard of all Church
Relations processes
Required Skills & Experience (Minimum Qualifications):
At least two years of related experience
A strong commitment to our Christ-centered mission and living out our Culture of Honor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (primarily phone and email)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Responsive and detail-oriented
Skill in initiating/pursuing/developing relationships with individuals and organizations
Experience in marketing/development
Ability to remain on task and follow through projects to their completion
Knowledge of business and Christian communities
Assertive individual with pleasant, cordial attitude when working with people
Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines and remain calm while under
pressure
Able to work minimal evenings and weekends for major events or conferences
Maintain professional standards of conduct and appearance with co-workers and the public
Ability to successfully complete background-check process

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at a time.
Target Compensation (Negotiable based on Qualifications): $22 to $25 per hour
