**$21/hr full time overnight; immediate opening! Thursday-Saturday 10:30pm - 7am
*Base rate is $17/hr, with $4/hr overnight shift differential, pay rate will be $21/hr
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Purpose: To provide supervision to clients that ensures their safety and well-being; to assist clients in making choices that are in their long term best interests. This is an awake overnight position.

Client Supervision:
Lead and supervise clients in the short term program on the residential housing floor, and during all duties and activities during the course of the work shift.
Overnight Staff: Ensure clients are sleeping and in their rooms, security checks, assist clients who are having trouble sleeping.
Minimum Qualifications:
Documented 1 year freedom from chemical use problems (including tobacco, drugs, alcohol).
Strong ability to relate to and mentor people with life-controlling problems.
Strong leadership skills (one on one and group situations).
Ability to remain on task and follow through on multiple concurrent assignments with frequent interruptions.
Ability to successfully complete background check process.
Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record and ability to be insured under organization's vehicle insurance carrier.
Must possess a MN state driver's license or be willing to transfer out of state license to MN state driver's license.
